Apple Nails

So sad on my birthday weekend and lost hope for customer service. I went to apple nails to get a birthday pedicure and use a gift certificate some one gave me for my Christmas present for $25. I proceeded to try and use the gift certificate and was told it was expired. This did not make since to me as it has been less than a year since I had this gift. Now it was only $25 so to me it is not about the money. This is the principal of the situation. The owner could have said it is ok use the certificate and they would have kept my business, my coworkers and everyone I talk to about my birthday. Instead I will write this review and let everyone know not to go to apple nails in Hatfield PA. This is not a place that will give you good customer service. How sad this is to say because what they do is a service industry. NO STARS!!!

I have been here twice. First time for a pedicure, which was great. The lady really did a good job cleaning, triming the cuticles and her massage was on point. This salon has the best chairs I have ever sat in also!! I went back yesterday for a refill on my nails and that lady was just as good. She really took care of me and went above amd beyond to make sure all my nails werent lifting anymore and the shape was consistant also.. I would totally go back there!!

Very friendly, clean and professional salon. Will go back.
