Super Nail

Just had a ridiculous experience here. Called a few minutes after they opened to make an appointment for my lunch break. When I get there they're working on 2 other people. I picked my color and waited, 15 minutes later the lady came to remove my polish and had me soak for what I thought would be a few minutes. She went back to working on the other person and left me soaking for another 20 minutes. I'm now 40 minutes into my appt and asked if I was going to be finished in time to get back to work and they had the nerve to ask me to come back later....1. I had an appointment 2. It's the day before a holiday so no I cannot and that's absolutely ridiculous for a business to ask. If the other people had an appt also they needed to let me know on the phone or the minute I walked in that it wasn't going to work. Instead I waisted my break sitting with my fingers in cold water and I now have bare nails vs. The gel polish I had when I came in. I will never return and that's their loss as I was planning to get manicures there twice a month. I guess I'll be going to their competitors instead.
