We the McClouds was referred to Charles Parham, Max Mortgage LLC, from a good friend. In the beginning we were interested in a reverse mortgage, we met with Charles & with the research we found that a reverse mortgage wasn't in our best interest, so then he gave us the details on Refinance which was in our interest, Charles was knowledgeable in both the Reverse mortgage & refinance, he did all the research; all we needed to do was come in & ask questions.
