Kroger Fuel Center

I was there late Fri night after church & had a very good experience! The only reason for the 3 star rating on service is because after 8 or 9pm (sorry I can't remember exactly which) they have no live cashier lanes open & personally I HATE the self checkout because those checkout things seem to hate me! They close the registers early so that whoever counts their cash drawers for the night leaves an hour after that! I used to cashier & manage truck stops for over 10 years & that was a first for me. Every person that I talked to was extremely helpful. I was asking some more techinal/business type questions and they went & got their general manager Wes for me to talk to. Another pleasant experience. He was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Even though it's 33 minutes away, I'll go back for the selection, quality and as long as their customer service stays up there, I'll be happy. Wish I could remember everyone's name from that night to brag on but Wes and Dalton were great!

I coupon a little not on a massive scale but I go to Kroger In Hartselle Al about 3 times a week to buy groceries etc well I had an employee who I see alot and talk to be very rude I had eight coupons I gave her she says "you know what's gonna happen is Kroger is gonna stop taking coupons we are technically only supposed to take 5 total coupons a day from one person" so I nicely said iv never had a issue before with anyone else here while she is saying all this ppl are all staring at me and she pulls out there policy paper so I figured finished paying for what I had rang up and had my son go put back what I had that I had not rang up yet then she tries saying no its on I'll ring it up I simply said no and wile totally embarrased I left so I will speak to the management today and that will determine if I will continue shopping there or not.

Their service desk is absolute bs. So rude.
