        I called with a problem with m...

        I called with a problem with my GE range. The lady was helpful and not at all rushed in spending time with me on the phone. Called 1 other place and they were $30 more for the exact same part and not nearly as pleasant on the phone. AND...their service manager was there at the same time and offered advice to check when fixing my range instead of suggesting that he make a service visit. WOW!! FREE HELPFUL ADVICE. AND THEY WERE RIGHT ! And they had the part in stock...YEAH !
