Safeside Chimney & Duct

Stephen Brooks of Safeside Chimney arrived at my house at 10:26am I invited him in and he entered the property. I showed him the flue. He then left and returned to my door at 10:43am with an estimate in hand. He asked if he could take our old chimney stack. I asked why he began to explain something about fitting then my wife came down the stairs and asked what is going on. He asked her if he could take the chimney stack and she said no what is going on? He began explaining the estimate and was offend when we asked him to lower his voice. Stephen Brooks then handed me the estimate and walked away briskly and took it upon himself to take my chimney stack off my property. When I approached the Safeside Chimney I spoke with Gail who accused me of lying and told me they with return the property when it was convenient for them. She also had Stephen Brooks call me screaming at me that he did nothing of the sort. He accused me of wasting his time and hung up on me.

They were friendly, efficient and did a great job

I was not there during the physical inspection, however our realtor was and she said he was very professional and thorough.

Just wanted to compliment Chris & Kyle on doing such a terrific job today rebuilding my chimney. They nearly finished it in 1 day, only having to replace a few more shingles tomorrow. They were both hard working, knowledgeable, polite & friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and pointed out where I could have had a bigger problem with fire “leakage”, so glad I got it done. I now have the best looking chimney in the neighborhood and one of the neighbors came over to check out possible having you guys do work for her

I recently bought a home and called a few different Chimney companies for estimates on work. I need major repairs as well as cleaning work done. Safeside not only gave me the most competitve price but they did an amazing job. The finished ahead of schedule and their employees were friendly and professional. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and will continue to use them yearly for cleaning and upkeep.

The workers showed up on time, they were very professional, informed me of everything that they were doing. When finished showed me what they did, made recommendations. Took a picture looking up my chimney, and cleaned up so that you would never know that they were there. They explained about a chimney cap and how it would benefit the house. They are stopping back this weekend to install it. I can't say enough good things about the and yes they will be back in two yearsfor the next cleaning.

All to often in our working lives, the only time we hear from our clients is when a problem exists. I would like to take this opportunity to change that. Over this past weekend two of your employees completed a chimney masonry job at my home. Not only did they do an excellent job on the chimney, but they took extra care cleaning the debried off the lawn, and even offered to fix several divits in 90 degree weather. Please extend these two gentleman my heartfelt thanks for all their hard work.
