Walmart Supercenter

we ordered a bucket swing for our granddaughter and it came with no chains or hooks. ancheer is the company it came from my wife emailed them and they did not seem to care. finally they sent us a email with a address to ship it back for a refund costing us money out of our pockets ,not very good business for walmart.

I have been to alot of Wal-marts in my time in many cities and states, but this one is the most unprofessional place of all. Your people are hateful, unhelpful, argumentative, unpleasant, slow and some are just plain stupid. I live in Harrodsburg and have for the last 4 years and I go out of my way to go to other stores because of your people and the lack of choice on every day products.

You have a greeter on the grocery side that is nasty and very unpleasant.. She always has stringy, dirty hair, she gives you strange looks, never speaks unless spoken to and them she is very hateful. I have heard my friends comment on this same woman.

I have an encounter of some kind every time I go in there. Even with the tire and lube department. I think from now on I will just go to Danville or Lawrenceburg for the things I need. I don't have to put up with such attitudes from your associates. I myself use to work at the Wal-mart in Somerset and I loved my job and took pride in what I did and so did my daughter. I certainly cannot say the same about your store.
