Stafford & Stafford Insurance

We have used this broker for years. We pay every month & never once turned in a claim. This year our first claim came in and the insurance company denied us stating it wasn't covered under our policy. Stafford let us believe we were covered all these years. They knew exactly what our needs were and failed to provide what they stated. Then on top of that did nothing for us to help us deal with the insurance company. The only reason to have an insurance broker is to have someone who is knowledgable in Insurance help us with our claims and go to bat for us and make sure they are providing the coverage that is needed. They failed on everyone of these. I have brought all of these issues up with the Missouri Insurance Commissioner. Run from this broker!!!! Gave them only 1 star because it won't let me give them zero stars!!!

How many times do I have to call? I called this place several times, left messages & my calls were never returned. Guess my business was not good enough for them. For their lack of professionalism, I give them a poor rating.

Don't use this business. They tell you one thing, then do another. I received one quote from them, then they tried to change it later to a higher price than what was quoted.

Not a good place to do business. Seems kind of shady. I would go to a more reputable company for my needs.
