        Ignorant and discriminative employee

        My boyfriend and I went in for a few money orders. Two weeks ago, we bought money orders from this location without a problem. Our second time coming in, the employee REFUSED TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO US. We are highly educated people with sophisticated jobs, but the employee denied service and claimed they didn't provide MOs. When I called the next day to ask if they do MOs, the employee said YES. When I asked to speak to a manager, he hung up on me. Corporate complaint made and I will be contacting the manager.

        I've only been in this 7-Eleve...

        I've only been in this 7-Eleven once but will NEVER go back again. They were rude and they rushed me. Most of the Slurpee flavors were out of order and they got mad when I complained about it. I'd rather drive to 16 and Groesbeck to get friendlier service rather than go to this one which is right around the corner from my house. What a way to welcome someone who is new to the area!
