Sleep Disorders
CBT is an evidence-based treatment used to help change patterns of negative thinking, emotions, and behaviors. This treatment used structured sessions that include homework to help clients meet goals, or can be integrated with other forms of therapy. CBT is goal oriented and can be a brief therapy. CBT is used to treat a wide range of issues: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, sleep disorder, etc.

Jessica Eisenhauer is a Master’s level Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University. Jessica also earned a post-master’s Play Therapy Certificate with Capella University. Jessica has worked in community health agencies working with a variety of different clients and needs.
