The phones never connect to get information. Ive been trying for days. I need 2 speak with my caseworker. It is urgent!

I've been trying to reach them all day and it's reached the point where getting stuck on hold would be a step in the right direction. Instead of putting you on hold when their customer service people are busy they just hang up on you. To top it off, they sent a letter demanding paperwork I don't have on hand. The letter arrived the Friday before a holiday weekend and they want the paperwork by Thursday or I'm automatically denied the health insurance I need. What kind of half-wit jerk came up with that idea?

The way you look it up on yellow pages is a breeze, but what I pain in the donkey to get ahold of anyone... I let the phone ring 30 TIMES, and no one answered STILL!! I just found out that I'm pregnant and I'm only 18 WITHOUT insurance, SO NOT COOL that they're not answering!
