Randy is very thorough and will explain everything that is going on with your system. If you ask about newer systems he will give pros and cons. Randy may not always be on time. He's working alone and sometimes systems can take much longer than anticipated, but he dos a very thorough job and I wouldn't consider anyone else touching my system. He's honest, friendly and knows his stuff. He's even come out at all hours for me.
