K & K Lock & Key

Don't waste your time calling this guy. He was supposed to be there in 1 1/2 hrs, never showed, my dog was stuck in my car for 2 hours, and I had to break a window in my car because this guy turned off his phone before 9pm!

Great service! I always use K & K Lock & Key. Not just to unlock my car...which I'm notorious for doing but for keys as well. Fast & friendly.

Best service! I was locked out of my car on X-Mas of all days. I called K&K Lock assuming they were probably closed for the holidays. To my surprise my phone call was answered. Within 10 minutes my truck was unlocked & I was on my way. Very friendly & fast service.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy was very rude on the phone. When he arrived he was VERY rude. And left within mins of arriving, because he said he only had 5 mins to spend on it & didn't have time... or something.. & he never did unlock my truck.

AAA doesn't have anyone in this area so I call this company. He got here within 15-20 minutes and was able to unlock my car.

When I called to get help they were very rude and hung up on me. I repeatedly called back with no answer or voicemail available. Called another service better choice!
