        I called Rackley's but they were unable to help me at that time. She was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know. Very apologetic that she couldn't help us. Glad I called her first! Sorry they were busy!

        Mr. Rackley is very knowledgeable of his business and very honest. He told us the truth of the matter right away and recommended solution. He was prompt arriving and took care of business efficiently. He is polite and straight forward, we appreciated him for that.
