I have been getting parts only here for almost 10 years since I had a handyman then had to take my riding mower in for steering repair and done right at a great price. Very friendly and well knowledgable! 5 stars! Was also recommended by the person I bought my house from. Open on Saturdays til noon sure helps too.

Took my two week old cub cadet to them for warranty work. The gasket was never installed on the carburetor. They promised a day that it would be ready. Called on that day and was told they forgot to order the part. Waited two more days and was told the mower was ready to pick up. Picked up the mower and on first use had the same exact problem. Took it back and they then informed me that the first time they never got the part. That they just cleaned up the carb and thought that would work. It has now been a week for the second trip and they are still yet to receive the parts. They also stated that I may need to pick it up and take it somewhere else. So now they have had my mower longer than I have owned the mower and I must wait till the end of today to find out if they will fix it or if I have to take it to another shop and wait some more. Also I have to be the one to contact them every time. They never let you know what's going on until you call and inquirie.

Took our mower deck in for repair. After repair belt kept coming off (this was not s problem when we took it in). When concerns raised about replacement part informed it was the right part. But it was the wrong part and that's why belt kept coming off. Got it fixed elsewhere. Don't take your lawn mower to these people. Expensive and can't fix anything!
