Sweetheart Bakery

I was competely disappointed when I ordered bunny cup cakes for easter and ended up with a cake that looked like an easter egg. The bunny cakes used to look like a bunny with a face and a tail, far cry from what i got. This bakery is going to pot. I won't be going there anymore. We should get what we order, if they are not doing it any longer we should be told. I like the old sweetheart bakery much better. Hope it ocmes back. I only gave it one star review because i couldn't give it less.

I've been a customer of Sweetheart Bakery for many years, never been disappointed. I ran in a day before our 50th Birthday Celebration and ordered a cake, sight unseen - just gave the baker (decorater) a few color choices and told him to "work his magic" as obviously, he had been in the cake business for many years and I did not want to interfere with his vision. My husband picked the cake up for me the next day . . . OMG is all I could say at my 50th Birthday Party!!! Not only did it look good, it tasted even better! The cake was so beautiful that my photographer featured it twice in our slide show that is shown on youtube.

Delicious, moist and tender cakes, cookies, pastries...you name it! It's wonderful to have such a family oriented bakery right in the neighborhood. Everytime I mention that I just purchased my special occasion cake from Sweetheart Bakery folks want a slice. In fact, my grand daughter will turn 2 on 10/4 and the Sweetheart Bakery is where I will purchase her cake. They are well known for their quality fresh ingredients...no shortcuts, no subsitutes here. They are also known for their sweetheart personalities.

I have used this bakery for years the cake is always light and the icing is never greasy. They also sale lots of great fresh bread and other baked goods. This is the place to get all your baked goods for any occasion.

i was told that this bakery could do a cut out cake for my mom's birthday for $90.00 and the next week i go to make my order and the price went up to $150.00 and all they can say is the price was quoted wrong and i have 6 days left to find another bakery. i felt the customer service was poor and their concern was not handled properly.
