MacGregor Plumbing & Heating

We have used MacGregor for several years, both for our furnace, which we purchased there, and for various plumbing issues. I have been very happy with the service, plus have a service plan which is a good deal for my family. John W. is our usual service technician, and he has been excellent. We have on occasion had other people from MacGregor's do our work and they have all been very good. The office staff is always cordial and helpful.

Came and serviced our back up generator, serviced our a/c unit and replaced an outdoor faucet…

Our hot water heater went belly up on a recent Saturday morning. Thank goodness we’re on MacGregor’s service plan because John showed up as promised ready to repair the problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the parts on his truck. We had complete confidence from the word go because John clearly knew what he was doing, never even mentioned replacing the unit (it’s old, he could have), and it was back in service in no time. Friendly, positive, he showed up on a weekend prepared and got the repair done asap. What else can I say? 5 star service with a smile!

James and Mike went above and beyond for me - AGAIN! They kept running into new problems and did whatever they had to to take care of everything - including drywall, painting, and fixing a surprise sump pump issue! I don’t know what I would do without MacGregors!

We’ve never been disappointed with McGregor and its technicians. John has been particularly helpful. Always prompt and in fact going out of his way to get to us. Explains everything thoroughly and always in a good mood.
We’ve had David before as well. He is super efficient and always on time.
Shout out to Leslie and Debbie at the office. Always friendly and quick to accommodate our needs.

David B. Was professional and a pleasure to deal with. He answered my questions and kept me up to date on his progress. Though he encountered some challenges to complete the service call, he did not give up! When he left, all my problems were solved. I appreciate his hard work.

Dave, came to fix our furnace & he found a leak & traced it to a toilet leak. He scheduled a follow-up call and fixed the leak. Made recommendations to keep us safer. Would recommend Dave as he is very professional.
