I was allowed to go in the back and get my 2 dogs. They were in wire cages surrounded by too many dogs, many of them quite big and barking loudly. My dogs were scared and nervous for days. One had bite marks on her face....one puncture wound on her lip still bothers her 3 months later. Over-crowded scary place for pets.

I've been a client for many years and my dog Ruckus has always had the best of care! He loves it there and has many "friends". I also like the fact that they're connected to Bay Pines Veterinary Clinic. Comfort knowing there's a vet just a stone's throw away. Not to mention the convenience of having any vet work done while he's there.

I have been going to Bay Pines for 35 years and have gotten excellent care for my pets every single time! I cannot believe that you explained the whole story to their staff and vets and they didn't care. Totally out of character for any one at either place. If I have ever questioned ANYTHING, including a charge, they have been so concerned that I almost felt sorry I'd brought it up!! There is just something not right about this story of yours...

I was taking my Schnoodle to doggie day care here. One day after I pick him up I notice his eyes are all red and puffy. I didn't say anything, just thought it was a one time thing. It happened the next time I picked him up there they were all red again. I pointed it out to the staff and they did not care nor had any of them noticed it. They said it was probably an allergy to a cleaning product and brushed it off. I did try once again and left him at doggie daycare. The same thing happened when I picked him up - his eyes were all red and puffy! The staff still did not express any concern or interest! I took him over to the vet on the other side of the building - same business. The vet pretended to care but had nothing to offer then charged me an office visit fee! Wonka has not been back since! They just do not pay attention or care about your animal.

I have been a customer of Bay Pines Boarding/Grooming and Veterinary for several years and have nothing but the best treatment for my pets. I would recommend all of the above for anyone looking for these services. The boarding kennel is kept extremely clean, the employees are pleasant, freindly and work very well with the animals. The groomers have worked there for years and are very experienced as well as everyone from the Veterinary side. It's a great experience for both you and your pet.
