I HAD MY 1973 duster EXHAUST DONE THERE AND LOOKS GREAT SOUNDS GREAT ONE MINNOR ISSUE THAT THE OWNER SAID HE WILL TAKE CARE OF ! It has FLOWMASTERS on there THAY HAVE MY BUSINESS ! GREST JOB GUYS

Vasquez employees do not know how to jack up vehicles. I took my Cadillac DTS here to get the ball joints & tie rods on my vehicle greased for the winter. Jesus applied the arm of the jack under my rocker molding instead of on the frame and bent my passenger door in as the vehicle went up in the air. I went and spoke to the manager who denied completing the damages to the vehicle he told me it was previous damage. I told him its a Cadillac that was in mint condition prior to pulling into Vasquez today 12/9. I take care of all my car especially its cosmetic needs & I would of noticed damage to my passenger door if it was due to a previous incident. This shop is a scam and I am going to the Better Business Bureau. The manager sides with his employees who will never fess up to anything that goes wrong while the vehicle is in there possession over a customer. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Less than 2 years ago, I bought and had Velasquez Mufflers and Brakes install a Flowmaster muffler, knowing full well that they come with a 3 year warranty. I brought it back to them yesterday since there's a crack in the muffler (likely due to being installed wrong ie: without an extra hanger to support the weight). They flat out refused to fix/replace the issue under the manufacturer's 3 year warranty saying "our distributor only gives us one year" which is flat out bull$#!+. I gave them several opportunities to fix the problem, including welding a patch over the crack as a temporary measure. They refused. I took my keys while it was on the lift, and told them that I'm not leaving until the job is done. They STILL refused and called the police (who agreed with me, btw). Avoid these guys like the plague. They will NOT stand behind the manufacturer's warranty, and if you have a problem, you're SOL. I called Flowmaster who said that they're not authorized vendors, and they will be making sure that Velasquez Mufflers removes the Flowmaster signs from their site as well as remove their links to the Flowmaster sites on their website.

Like one of the previous reviewers said; it's a scam shop that won't fess up to their mistakes and it will cost you.I bought brakepads myself and planned on changing them myself, but it was cold out and I needed my pads changed now so I went there and told them to replace them because they were squeaking. When I got the car back,I smelled burning and it was the brake pad grinding against the rotor. I brought it back the next day and told them to fix it. They refused to fix it even though I didn't have that problem before and even had the nerve to say that they'll fix it if I buy another part and give them more money. They weren't even going to fix it the right way and take care of all the problems that happen after you drive a car that has a pad sticking to the rotor. I took my car to a friend who helped me fix it myself, bought a new caliper, a new caliper bracket, new brakepads and new rotors (rotors will warp if they're in constant contact with a brake pad) and had a friend help me fix it myself. In total, it costed me roughly $300 and doing my own work for something that a reputable shop will do the right way for $100-250.

They do guesswork and like to open a can of worms on what your real problem is. Like many scam shops they may know what your problem is but want to get as much work/money as they can out of you. I was really disappointed. They aren't all that competitive with their pricing either. If you can go somewhere else for a few bucks more or less do it. It's extremely difficult to get them to fess up to their mistakes and it will cost you.
