lone star long wait

I went to this resturant twice while my husband was out of town. I had to wait, and wait for service. I told them it's just me. That was the first time, the second time I went I assumed the service would be better. It wasn't. The whole section where I was waited for at least 15 mins to get a server. They offered all the 2's and 4's a free appetizer or dessert.

I was not offered that. When I left I talked to the manager. I told them what happend and how unhappy I was. She offered to refund my money. I told her I would try again, and the next time I would call the corporate office. I still have not gone back.

Horrible service, long wait, over priced food. Management doesn't care if food or service was bad. They think because they are new and busy, people will put up with it. I'll never go back.
