Fantastic pork steaks!!! They are so tender and juicy. The portions are very, very generous as well!

Went here on a class trip, it was a great quick stop on our way down to St. Louis. The people working here were the definition of friendly. We had a lot of people show up and they were very busy but they still took the time to have conversations with all of us. It was just an added bonus that the food was amazing.

Was in Hannibal, Mo this past weekend. I was with a group of 4. We decided for late lunch meal we would visit the Big Muddy BBQ. What a mistake that was. We ordered the pork tips that came with two sides. The cole slaw was the only thing on the plate that was even passable. The baked sweet potato we received was unidentifiable. It appeared to have been microwaved numerous times. There was nothing left in the middle only dried up skin. The pork tips were horrible. I believe this is absolutely the worst meal I have every eaten in my life.

The girl that waited on us took our order, brought it out to us and we never seen her again. I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great food, atmosphere, and prices! Definitely a new favorite! The owner is very nice and treats the customer great!

Went 3 protiens on menu pulled pork 8.25 with one side pork steak 9.50 one side 20 full rack ribs one side. I had potato salad i chocked it was so dry it was based with mayo the pulled pork sandwich barely covered small bun it was greasy and had little smoke flavor. I love good bbq this is not it. They did offer cole slaw and baked beans which they were out of beans the bbq sauce was a let down. Tasted like maws with something added.
