Everyone was so sweet and helpful. I should have known something was wrong. We looked at a car that was a little small (at one price) so we tried a different model of the same car and it was more roomy so we bought the second car thinking it was the same price or just a little more. It was $5000 more! They never told us what the price was and started seeing what kind of payment they could get us. They proceeded to tell us it has a lifetime powertrain warranty and the warranty for all the electrical and computer stuff was "included". Then we were sitting at the finance manager's desk and I saw an advertisement for a clear sealant for the car and I showed it to my husband. The finance manager said 'oh that's "included" also'.
When I looked at their contract the next day I discovered we had been charged for everything that was "included". When someone tells me something is included, I assume its included with the price of the car. Therefore free with the price of the car. They told me they meant that the prices are included on the contract and are put in with the monthly payment. Bait and Switch? Double talk? We were not happy but we're working it out. Beware of car salesmen. And make sure they go through your contract with you to show you exactly what you were charged for. Really upsetting to be taken advantage of.

This is the third car I have bought from keller and each time I was treated great and was given three great deals. The staff there is really friendly and know what they are talking about. I would definitely recommend keller to everyone

The absolute worst car buying experience of my life. These people are deceitful and downright illegitimate in a lot of their practices. From the buying process to the warranty service has been one hassle and run around after another. The salesman that sold me the truck was apparently let go days after I bought my truck and due to that they were unable to verify exactly which running boards were promised to me before signing a contract and the ones they did give me they wanted to charge me $500 dollars for even though I had it on the pre delivery work order that I had been promised an extra key fob and running boards to be included in the total amount financed. I should've realized right then what that experience would indicate when I would need warranty service...should've canceled the warranty right then and there. So I bring my truck in for warranty to Jim martzen at keller ford and they damage my truck and try to hide it. And when I point it out to lamont the service manager they just tell me they will have to speak with the GM and review footage from their security cameras. And that's the last I hear about it from them...I have to keep prodding them to get any kind of answers and just today they tell me they are not going to fix the damage because of a couple existing dents on the other side of the truck! Like because it already had a couple dents and scratches a few more wont hurt...right? Then I keep having to bring it in for the same problems and they knew it had all these problems when they sold it to me..that's why the salesman failed to mention the 100 dollar minimum deductible there is on diesel trucks and they left the box on my warranty contract for that conveniently blank :/. These are just a few examples of my experiences with keller ford and the worthless service they offer. No concept of customer service whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to purchase your vehicle, these people are a waste of time and hair pulling. Don't trust the 5 star review that exists. Likely it was posted by someone from keller. Just like on Google+ reviews.

Dealership that won't deal

I was looking for a 2013 Chevy Avalanche and contacted Fairfield Chevrolet. They offered me a fair purchase price on the Avalanche but did not have the color model I was looking for. Fairfield Chevrolet located the avalanche in the color and LTZ model at Keller Motors in Hanford. They tried a dealer trade but Keller would not do a dealer trade. The salesman gave me Keller Motors contact information and I contacted them. They reviewed the offer I was given and came back with a price over 2000 dollars more than Fairfield. The Chevy Dealership in Oakland was also 2000 dollars cheaper in their asking price than Keller Motors. The internet sales person Ashley was courteous while telling me that her manager felt he could sell the vehicle to someone else for more money so they were not willing to make a deal. Car dealerships pay the same price for vehicles so this tells me that Keller Motors doesn't care about earning customers. I'd take your business elsewhere and save a few thousand dollars!
