Spin Queen

I was a customer at spin queen which me and family have been a loyal customer for years. It has always been a pleasure doing business until recently. I was washing my clothes and had to use the rest room. I was informed that BOTH bathrooms was out of order.

As I was finishing up my load I noticed several people utilizing the toiletries. I asked the same lady why did she say it was broke and not to judge a book by its cover because I have never had an issue. She then tells me why am I using the trace card.

I informed her It was not about race but how I was dressed because normally I'm procrastination dressed and the one day I dressed down this is my experience. I also stated this is not good business nor customer service and I spend a lot of money with her business. I then asked if she was the owner she said yes and that I could take my business else where.

Spin Queen makes 80,000 power year from the black community in which they are in. I also told her to speak to her customers in a progressively manner and that you never know who you're speaking to. She was rude and very assuming she kept indicating that you guys always play the race card. I then reinstated my claim which was this had nothing to do with race rather a stereotype or typecast because of the clothing I was wearing and because I was in a sweatsuit rather a suit today.

I was shocked and appalled and very disappointed at her lack of respect for her customers and her target base. I have been a loyal customer for years and think that it's a shame the way I was treated today.
