Terrible business!!! They took over a week to "troubleshoot" my printer, then I had to call them to find out status. They "fixed" it for $60 but never replaced anything. It stopped working again less than a month later. I brought it back and the manager called me 3 days later RUDE and acting like it was my fault it's broken. He said there was nothing wrong with it. They have terrible customer service. I would never go there again. So much for helping local businesses.
