I went to PC Doctors and got ripped off on a computer and then I found this place.



I told them about what I was looking for, the nice lady talked to me about my needs and asked lots of questions, most of which I didnt understand but answered anyways. After about 5 mins she told me she had the perfect thing.

It was a laptop, while I was interested in a desktop, the idea of portability was great!

She went over the laptop in great detail and of course I was a little skeptical cause the last place basically took me for a ride.

Well after wards she told me the price and even mention a warranty on the laptop that came included and satisfaction, being able to return it if I didn't like it after I used it.



I been using it for a while and I must say. Im so much happier with this than I would of ever been with the PC Doctors crap they try to pass off as good.



I got a laptop, that was FASTER, Had a NEWER Operating SYSTEM and was more up to date and was almost the same price!!!

Wow, What a difference this place is compared to Best Buy and even PC Doctors.



I had such a horrible experience at Best Buy and then went to PC Doctors it was so much worse; that I wasnt sure if I wanted anyone to ever look at my computers again.

I had upgraded to COX from Verizon and COX told me that my computer was too old and not even worth trying to get online with, that I should just get a new unit.



A friend told me about CAS Computer Repair and hesitantly I went. The tech behind the counter listened to my problem with my desktop and my horrible experience with Best Buy and with PC Doctors and assured me that I wouldn't have a repeat of troubles with them. I was still hesitant but I needed my computer fixed. So I decided to give it a try.



He promised me that he could make ANY computer work with COX. So I let him take a look at my computer. He hooked it up in front of me before I even left and next thing I know it was working, he didn't even have to replace any parts. Just adjusted some settings or something. He walked me though what he did and told me what I had to do when I got home.

I asked how much to pay for it, and he told me no charge since It took him less than 10 mins to do.

I asked him if he would of charged me how much would it have been, he said, "ehh probably $10 or $15 bucks", which would of cost'ed me nothing in comparison to some quotes I had gotten for a new computer or to supposedly "upgrade it" to make it work with COX.

I got home hooked it up and it worked perfectly fine. So I took him lunch the next day as a thank you.



It sure makes a difference when the staff listens to you and knows what they are doing.

The long haired tech guy defiantly earned my trust and i will continue to go back to him.

I went to best buy and they told me that my laptop wasn't worth fixing that everything was dead. I didn't believe them cause it was still pretty new, I took it to CAS Computer Repair and showed him my paper work. The tech smiled orignally and then he guaranteed me that the computer wasn't dead, like the geek squad said, and like I thought.

He told me that he could fix it for a certain amount or less based off what I told him and the report he saw and that if he couldn't he wouldn't charge me for anything.

So, I figured, what did I have to lose. I gave him the ok if he thought he could do it. 3 days later he called me and told me to come pick it up. I did and it was fixed completely - and it even costed me less than he told me in the beginning. The long haired guy knows what he is doing. He is worth the trip to see, he can do anything.

The owner personally worked on my computer, I got a really bad virus and I needed it for school the next day and he told me "no problem". He called me later that same day and I was able to pick it up. Everything worked the way it should, and was even faster. He even charged me less than originally quoted. I'm defiantly gonna recommend him to my friends.
