EXTREMELY EXCESSIVE LATE FEES. THEY CHARGE 10.00$ PER MINUTE EVERY MINUTE YOUR LATE PICKING UP YOUR CHILD. BEWARE!!! I WAS CHARGED 120.00 $ FOR BEING 17 MINS LATE ONE DAY, 20 DOLLARS FOR BEING 2 MINS LATE ON ANOTHER. .. BEWARE! !

My son is almost 2 and this is his first experience in a daycare so I expect it to be stressful for him but I'm really considering removing him from the program. His second day I stayed in the lobby and watched the class from the camera, he cried so hard for almost 5 minutes before the caregiver said or did anything to soothe him. Not to mention the meal plan is full of sugar! One morning they gave them CHOCOLATE granola bars and pear slices. Who gives that to a 2 year old for breakfast! The staff put on a front like they're all smiles during your first initial greeting but as they get use to you it quickly changes. I've walked in too many times and there was no one at the front desk so anyone off the street wanting to harm anyone inside is capable of doing so. After writing this and realizing all the negativity my heart is telling me to remove my son. I know no one is capable of loving my child the way I do but I do expect his daycare to come close to doing so with my "tiny treasure".

I can not believe I chose this pre k program. Me and some other parents decided to throw a celebration for the children since the ga lottery pre k doesn't support graduations. The owner was upset because I passed a paper out that did not have nothing to with her daycare. During the day when sometimes I pick my child up, there is nobody at the front desk so anybody can walk in. I'm upset by the unprofessionalism.
