Williams Ground Works

This was a great construction company. They showed up on time and finished within budget. I would recommend them for any job.

I hired Mr. Williams to build a foundation for me in May/2008. He started about two weeks late, said he did the foundation according to the plans, but instead of a rectangle, gave me a parrellogram. He also failed to use rebar as was clearly stated in the plans. After getting him to come out and measure all four sides, he left and will not answer any of my calls or messages. I filed a complaint with the BBB on July 18, 2008, and as of August 9, 2008 he has not responded. I am having to get another contractor to re-do the foundation so that the building will meet specs.
