Walmart Supercenter

My wife and I were in The Hamilton West Side Walmart on 2/13/2015 around 10:30 PM and when we went through the line our bill was 371.00 mostly groceries. We used some discount coupons for some items and two of them became in question. There were several people in line behind us all waiting as you might think because of our purchases taking so long to go through the register. Sam an employee decided that he needed to go through our whole cart of stuff to find the items in question to make sure we bought the items on the coupon. So there I stood in front of the whole store while Sam rifles through my whole cart pulling stuff out of all the bags looking for said items. When you spend 371 dollars that's a lot of bags. The humiliation that my wife and I felt while I tried to justify my two coupons in front of the whole store infuriated me. I have never been treated with such disrespect. They treat shop lifters with more dignity. The total amount of the coupons were $3.50. My wife finally in her embarrassment told them to keep the discount there are people waiting in line. Oh and by the way the validity of the coupons were never disproven. If I could give minus stars I would. Went back again to give them another chance. We bought approximately 130.00 this time and used a e-gift card for 30.00 dollars. We had this using the savings catcher program through WalMart. Instead of taking it off the bill it added it to the bill. We were in line waiting for someone to correct it for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. When someone finally showed up to fix it she arrived walking very slowly as though she had all day to get there. I told her we have been waiting here a long time and she responded that she was counting money and couldn't leave. I could not believe her lack of concern and her lackadaisical attitude towards us as customers. I guess we will be making the drive to the other side of town from now on. I refuse to be treated like that. Again minus stars are not available so one star it is.
