Always greet me and always professional. Prices are negotiable sometimes but that depends on your attitude. You can't be rude and nasty but leave out with a deal . If you think you could, the answer to that is NO

if you are african american do not go there thinking your going to get good service ..i went there with 6 dvd playes they said we can not take those we cant test them..as the manger took the lady to the back as they was whispering 4 cameras they didnt want those either...i took my stuff to cashland in eaton ohio got great service and a lot of cash..they are people friendly..IF YOUR AFRICAN AMERICAN AVOID THAT STORE !!
