        General Info
        Paul E. Pool grew up in Dutchess County (New York) and graduated from Colgate University and Washington & Lee University Law School. He has maintained an office in Johnson City (near Binghamton) since 1976 and in Hamilton since 1997. Mr. Pool is active in all of Central New York. He is a General Practitioner, but his primary areas of practice are Real Estate (the purchase, sale or refinance of homes, land and/or commercial properties), Elder Law (estate planning, preparation of Wills, etc.), Estates (probate and administration), Business Formation, Criminal Defense and Evictions. Mr. Pool's long-time assistant, Susan Hunt, is a college educated and very bright and experienced paralegal who works smoothly with clients, realtors and other attorneys, etc. At Mr. Pool's Johnson City office, regular office hours are maintained Monday through Friday, and Mr. Pool has client meetings at his Hamilton office by appointment (including weekends). Each of his offices is on the first floor with easy wheelchair access. He can be reached by calling either 607-729-8105 (his Johnson City office) or 315-824-2575 (his Hamilton office).
