Elite Heating & Air Conditioning

I called and was greeted by a younger man who did not seem to want to even listen to me. He asked what I called for. I explained my problem. He said no one was available today and hung up on me. He didn't ask if I'd like to schedule something for the next day. Nothing. Just hung up.

We woke up one morning to find that our heat wasn't working. We found Elite online through a search, called and talked to Lindsay who assured us that someone would be there within the next 2 hours. They were there as promised, were polite and the technician gave us honest answers about what was wrong. They are upfront about their pricing and the problem was fixed before we knew it. We would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent company to deal with from the very first phone call with Lindsay to the technicians that came out. Would highly recommend.
