Joe's Auto Svc

I went to another shop in Hamburg and they qouted me one thousand six hundred thirty (1630.00) dollars to fix my car (my engine light was on and it was running rough). Thank god my money was tight or I would of let them do it and get RIPPED OFF! The next day at work my co worker insisted i give Joe's a try (she said she's been going there for 15 years). I was reluctant becuase I had already paid the other shop 160.00 just to diagnose my car and tell me I have to spend another 1163.00 just to fix it.

The next day I took it to Joe's. Justin the service writer took me in right away, shuttled me back to work. I never told them it was at another shop or what was done to it. Justin as promised called me back about two hours later, qouted me 363.00 and assured me it would take care of my engine light and rough running. I reluctantly told him to go ahead becuase I just could'nt beleave there would be such a price differance and felt sure he was going to call me back and say he missed something or another and raise the price around the 1163.00 the other shop qouted me. Well Anyway to my suprise later that day Justin called me again to update me on my car and said it would be ready in about another 20 min. and he would come pick me up, which he did. To my astonishment my bill was 312.00 much LESS than Justin Qouted me. On top of that I received a call back a week later to follow-up on my car and make sure it was okay. I just can't express how greatfull I am to have found such an honest repair place. I can't wait to pay it foward to all my friends Like my coworker Jennifer :) did for me. Thanks Justin and Joe's Auto. P.S. I just had to write this after you guys called me back. it's been over a week and 400 miles and my engine light still off and car purs like a kitten!
