Awful top to bottom stay away not trustworthy current ow er selling to friend same ideals screw the customer dont be fooled stay away

Wow are they ever terrible. They told me a time frame that was inaccurate, had someone contacted me this would have been alleviated. Bob "The Owner" took no responsibility for his sales staff (hope he has better parenting skills than that), the job was a mess. Lead dust everywhere ( I have 2 young children). They left window shades uninstalled. Do yourself a favor. Go with Bennett, heck go with anyone else. Friend used them and had no regrets. Shame on me for not researching this more. Learn from my mistake. Any sort of reply to this is an admission of guilt in my book.
