Walmart Supercenter

I shop at Walmart in Severn Md. every Sunday and also order many things Online.
I love Walmart. One problem I had and it has not been resolved after many
contacts with different people. I returned a Hoover Vac that I had bought on line
to the Severn Store. $148plus for Credit. Manager helped on the store computer
because I had forgotten to bring the order number said I would get the Credit.
This was months ago. Tiffany helped me pick out another one I bought a
Bissell. The Hoover was returned because the Battery would not charge.
Senior Citizen fixed income I need that refund on my Visa Card. thanks

Telephone service is very poor. Operator couldn't connect to department. When I did reach pick-up regarding my order on the telephone they hung-up on me and would not answer when I called back. So I went to the store and pick-up couldn't located my on line order.

This store has the worst employees I have ever dealt with,when you can find someone to help you they have a attitude like they are going out of their way to help you,and also when I called there the person taking the calls acted like she was also doing me a favor by transferring me to the optical department,The shelves are never filled and clothes are all over the place .there are people out there that really need jobs that are willing to work hard instead this Walmart seems to hire people who are there just for a paycheck ,I will do whatever I have to to get things done in this store ,it makes me sick to go thereand also if your lucky there are 4 registers open .good luck shopping there

Shelves are not fully stock. The employees are not helpful. Personally I think this is the worst Walmart supercenter.
