kinda mad

I went thru the drive thru, ordered 2 sepreme pizzas, a cheese pizza, and two mexi melts. I went home and proceeded to serve my family their food and too my surprise, the pizzas and the bread sticks were so tough or over cooked that my family could not chew them. I did call and speak with the manager who identified himself as Monty and he appologized and offered for me to bring the food back and he said he would replace it. I am already home, its 7:06 pm and I have kids to bath, homework to help with and things to do..........Come on Guys, get it right!!!!!!!! thanks Elizabeth Cook
