Rip-off artists job is to give you an illusion that there service is great. And that your equipment is in safe hands. Their customer service works towards gearing you up with an idea... the idea that you've found the right spot, relatively affordable (not paying those dealer prices) and with the comfort that your PWC will run safely and running healthy and smooth.. However, sadly, anyone that brings there boat, PWC or any other water based craft are deceived.... This spot is known for taking your good parts in your engine.. and swapping it to sell to other customers or businesses. They'll put used or cheap parts into your repair or maintenance, and take out original parts to sell at higher prices to other customers only to make more money and save on purchasing new OEM parts from dealers. I'm sure what you call this, but I think this is robbery, misleading and a violation of trust. It happened to me. I've recently learned it's happened to others. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They are HORRIBLE! Their service sucks. They will cheat you out of your money. They will tell you something is wrong with your ski just to make money.the owner is very rude and obnoxious! I wouldnt doubt they swap parts from customers. I would not recomend them to anyone!
