Mountain View Animal Emergency

We are greatly appreciative of the staff of Mountain View Animal Emergency. Our elderly cat developed paralysis of his hind legs and raspy heavy breathing in the middle of the night. They told us to bring him in as soon as possible...3:30 in the morning. Although the prognosis was grim, Dr. Amanda Smith and her staff exuded compassionate and competence. Thank you for making such a sorrowful situation more bearable. You are the best!!! 5 stars aren't enough.

Had to put our dog down due to kidney failure. They were very kind ,caring and compassionate through the entire process

They said my pet would be ok but he died and when I called they were not caring and not professional.

NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. They killed my dog. And I have other people that I've talked too and said they killed there animals too. They wouldn't allow us to be with him. There was a horrible smell coming from my puppy that was not there before we walked in. They charged us 350 dollars to give him something to kill him not even 20 minutes after we left. And it smells like embalming fluid. Opey had parvo. And most charge 70-90 dollars to treat it. They were charging 800!! They are money greedy ignorant discusting sick people!! Animal killers!

Wonderful people, wonderful care. They were there when we needed them the most and made our situation as smooth as it possibly could be.
