Europe Nails

THIS IS THE WORSE NAIL PLACE IN HAGERSTOWN. TWO TIMES I WENT THERE NOW AND GOT AN INFECTION DUE TO SOMETHING THEY USE ON THE NAILS AND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS HAD PROBLEMS THERE. THE OWNER ANA IS RUDE AND THINKS SHE IS BETTER THEN ANYONE ELSE. THE ONLY REASON I WENT BACK AFTER THE FIRST TIME I GOT FUNGUS AND INFECTION IS BECAUSE THE OWNER ANA SAID SHE WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM. WHEN I GOT THERE SHE WANTED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN AFTER SHE TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE............. BEWARE. ALSO SOME OF THE NICER REVIEWS ARE HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS, ONE OF THE LADIES THAT WORK THERE TOLD ME THIS.

I went in a little over an hour before closing time hoping to have enough time to get a full set. Had to wait as there were cosmetologist leaving when I was not the only guest waiting. A man ended up doing my nails and he left dried acrylic on my skin above each nail, then told me I was good to go before my nails were dry enough. I didn't sit under the dryer more than 2 minutes when I normally sit there for 5 to make sure they are dry. I ended up with two nails messed up and had to peel and file the acrylic off my skin and fix my Polish after I got home. This place does not even deserve one star and I will never ever be going back there again!!!!!!!!

My mother and I went there today and went and 10:15, their website says they are open at 10:00 and they didn't "actually" open till 11:00. So we sat and waited till then. When we walked it it was nice and Ana was nice but when it was my turn to get my nails done it all went south. I didn't have Ana do them but I wish I had. A man did mine and when he was sanding them he ripped my cuticles and burned my finger multiple times. It felt like dipping an open wound into alcohol. It took everything in me not to yelp in pain. Then when my nails were done I looked and they were all uneven! And the polish job was so messy! My fingers haven't stopped burning and will NOT be returning again... Ever.

This place is so clean, pretty, friendly. The workers in this salon are so nice, they welcome you into there place. They do amazing jobs and make you walk out happy. My nails and toes look amazing every time I walk out. This is the place that you should come to!!!!!!!!

I was lucky enough to get my nails done by the owner Ana. Ana is the sweetest person. I had my daughter with me and she was sweet with my daughter as well. The nail salon itself is exquisite. I was getting my nails done for a special trip to Vegas. I'm so happy the way my nails turned out. I'll be sure to be back to Pause very soon.

I was going to another salon to get my nails done. The girl I normally see wasn't there so I was walking in the mall and decided to try this salon. I was immediately greeted, and asked what I was looking to have done. I have been wearing gel polish for years, the girl Tiffany waited on me. She was really friendly and I will definitely be back! Salon was really clean and very had a great atmosphere.
