        I tend to be very picky with my medical providers. I had gone to other life line providers and not returned, but the Hackettstown practice is excellent. I moved in the past few years and am actually traveling from about 35 minutes away to continue services with them. The whole team, from the front desk to the providers, are great!

        Very Bad Receptionist Staff

        They are not even OB. The DRs are good but the receptionists are so rude, condescending, and just outright mean that I will never use them again. They need to watch that movie Patch Adams because they have no people/customer relation skills at... (More) They are not even OB. The DRs are good but the receptionists are so rude, condescending, and just outright mean that I will never use them again. They need to watch that movie Patch Adams because they have no people/customer relation skills at all. My mouth dropped at the way they spoke to me and what they said. NOTE to DRs: get rid of the snotty-bad apples dealing with your customers, they are killing your business. Avoid this place.
