        Overall

        We have used this place before with no problems but this time when we picked up our dog he smelled like urine and his bed was wet with it. Where was the care? Don't the dogs have access to the outside? Now his bed has to be thrown out and we had to bathe him when we got home. Also, on Sundays, you can only pick your dog up between 4 & 5pm BUT after 2pm on Sundays they charge you for another day. Bit of a scam. We won't use them again.

        Very clean, great atmosphere (with doggy's barking) and very kind people who will work with you in getting your animal on Sundays if they are there!
