        The food was great but the friendliness of the staff, Arlene,made the whole thing welcoming and we will definitely be back. She is a hard worker and energetic , very friendly

        The restaurant was very clean. Restroom's where in great condition. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. They where busy but made sure to take care of everyone in line with a sense of urgency. Food was fresh in appearance, what I ordered was nice and hot as well. I can't wait to come dine again. Best panda experience for my by far. 10-11-13

        the customer service was great...

        the customer service was great. THE FOOD SUCKED. It tasted old. I was very disappointed in the food. I love the Panda in Gilroy, CA. and was so excited to see we got one in Santa Nella. Orange Chicken dry and hardly any sauce, beef & broccoli tasted like fish. Chow mien tasted like it was made a week ago.

        I will try it again in a few weeks and see if its better.



        WENT BACK A FEW WEEKS LATER AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT. I think they just needed time to get organized
