The sevrice here is really bad. We waited 20 mins for drinks.then or sever for got half our meal.in short we never going back!

Great service, Great food, loved it. We are from out of state and go to Joe's Crab shack every time. Fun place to go.

Never going back

Ordered from menu. Wife wanted to substitute side. When bill arrived we were charged full price for side. Ignored for most of meal. Only got one refill on soda. Mgr never showed his face until we complained about charge. Employees stood at door and our waitress disappeared until she gave us the bill.

Joe's crab shack. First time ...

Joe's crab shack. First time here. I must say, pretty interesting experience. Got the bucket and liked how it came out in the pot/neat and all together still..kind of cool. For the price of the meal compared to what you get ..I would say maybe an extra half of crab legs or something else to comp for the prices, but then again i understand inflation. Over all good experience. Portion size could be a little better.
