        Not very effective at selling homes that are not lake front

        My home was not advertised well at all. With this group, if your home isn't lakefront, then you best find some other company. I will try to sell on my own now, since they haven't helped at all. I also got a lot of voice mails and never any feedback about what those who did come had to say. Big name, but that's it.
