I called on saturday and made an appointment for sunday to have my hair cut by Tina. When I got there, the door was locked. I could hear and see people in there. So I knocked. Then I called to let them know I was outside waiting. I noticed the hours did say they were closed on Sundays. So I'm not sure if this was a scheduling error, but either way they could've answered the door or phone instead of ignoring me. I ended up leaving. I'll go somewhere else that actually lets the customers in.

Tina Mallet did my hair on Saturday. She normally does not work Saturdays, but because of my work schedule, she worked around it so that I could have what I needed done, taken care of. For ANYONE to do that, shows that customer service is a high priority. Tina took the time to find out what I did not like, and made suggestions. I ended up getting the most perfect haircut I have ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I left, I had a wonderful experience.
