My first visit with my newly purchased 2006 mercedes slk 350. Randall thoroughly checked everything and recommended which items needed immediate attention (air filter) and which could wait (cam adjuster mags). He also went over and explained the very detailed computer print out. I will definitely use them again.

Randall's Autohaus is a great place to take your BMW. They saved me not only a 60 mile trip to Mobile but several hundred dollars as well. This is an "old school" shop where they talk to you, explain how things work, what when wrong and how they can fix it. You won't get the sterile atmosphere, new-wave coffeemaker and stale chips of a typical BMW dealership, but you will get people who will talk to you and treat you like a valued customer--even if it is your first time there. As for coffee--they have an espresso machine which beats Mobile's watered down stuff any day ! I will be taking my 3-Series for all its service and any problems to Randall's and when my wife's 5-Series is off warranty we will take her's there as well. It is nice to be talked to instead of being talked down to! Thanks guys.

Randall's has allowed me to drive the pre-owned European luxury and sports cars

that I couldn't afford new. I've done business with this establishment since 1988 -- a long time. I recommend. I also recommend you do not buy such an automobile unless you can afford to maintain it.

This is great shop to get your European car needs met. Ive been here a few times as well as other family members. I've always left pleased with the work they've done on my BMW. As with any luxury car you have, repairs are costly. You can save a few dollars here, but don't expect huge huge savings. If you need car repairs on the brands they work on, give this place a try.

i took my beemer here to randall's and the took such great care of my baby. they showed me the list of everything they did and were very friendly. its nice to still be able to come to a family owned and operated business and meet people who value there customers. im hooked. theres nowhere else my cars are going!! i love this shop

I've been taking my BMW to Randalls for about two years and I appreciate the attention to detail and the professionalism. I was going to Mobile and felt cheated everytime I drove back. I've had my transmission fixed and an oil leak repaired...Randalls had the lowest estimate so I tried them. A year later, no problems and I saved money. It's no fun paying money for repairs but I think I'm being treated right at this place. Mechanic named Ken does the work on my car and I highly recommend asking for him specifically.

For over 15 years Randall 's Autohaus has maintained several vehicles for me, currently a BMW 5 series. They are very well equipped with all of the latest computers and software to diagnose my car, and they always use quality parts. Prices are probably about 30% less than a dealer with similar or better results. As an added bonus the owner and one of his mechanics make the best cappuccino's on the coast.

Overall, good local service, esp. since the nearest BWM dealership is 60 miles away.
