Overall

Been here for over an hour and still no food. Manager running around like crazy. Plenty of pizza going out the door. Very disorganized. Need new management.

burned bread sticks

On time delivery and nice service. Don't bother asking for lightly done anything though, after two tries my breadsticks were still more like bread bricks.

They stink. One hour after placing order online for delivery, they call to say they were out of what I ordered, which meant another hour wait ugh!!!
