We recently had a house fire, we thought the worst had passed, but we were wrong. The items that survived the fire were taken to be cleaned. Upon an untimely return of the items, we discovered that most items were broken (after being fine after the fire). CD's were destroyed and packaged in ziploc baggies, placed in the wrong cases. We should have cleaned everything ourselves, at least we would have gotten the smoke smell removed.
