General Info

The house CAN sleep 9 people in beds. 10 is the maximum capacity. Please call if your party is larger. There are 4 bedrooms. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms. ONE has a full and the other a queen sized BED. Upstairs has a queen BED, a single BED and a full pull OUT futon sofa BED. ALL linens are provided. There are 1&1/2 bathrooms both downstairs. The full bathroom has a double sink and shower and TUB. There is also a full laundry downstairs. The kitchen has everything YOU need to cook. Serve and clean simple or complex meals. We have a large ( 8 foot) OAK dining table that seats 8 or more. There are plenty of chairs for large parties. We have 2 highchairs for the youngest ones.
