Wow where to begin? I would not recommended this store unless you are completely wealthy and don't mind dealing with people who have no idea what they are doing. I went here for my first prom (big mistake), and went without my mom (bigger mistake). Sure I was fitted well and they picked out some very lovely dresses, but I felt very pressured on account of I was a 17 year old buying by myself. Not only did they try and pressure me into buying outrageously expensive things, the girl fitting me gave me incorrect information that cost me $350! That might not seem like a lot, but for a dress to the prom I didn't even really want to go to? It was waaaay too expensive for me. I was asked to put a down payment on my dress and sign a form (by myself because my mother was not present). I straightforwardly asked my helper that if I put money on this dress and change my mind, do I have to pay full price? She said no, that my down payment money would not be refunded, but I wouldn't be required to pay full price. Well that was a lie and as soon as I found out about that, I went in to tell them I wasn't paying full price and the owner made me feel like an idiot. I'm 17!!! They took advantage of me and should be ashamed. They shouldn't 1) given correct information and 2) made sure I completely understood everything since I was under age. Ridiculous. Didn't get a refund and had to pay full price.

Amazing all the employees worked hard to make my special day so very special.I will definately refer this wonderful store to all my friends.I went back for a second time and they were very helpfulto me I will go back for all my dress needs

GREAT!! Its hard to believe this store has gotten anything but five, i have had nothing but great experiences every single time i have gone to this store from everything from prom to wedding. LOVE it!

I stop by the shop to look a some bridesmaids dress for my daughter , neither less to say i was in the store for at 15 min before i was even asked if i need any help, the employees was so caught up in the customer that was already there that they didn't even say hello when i came in . when i finally got help , as i ask question about plus size kids dress the employees carried on a conversation among themselves as if i didnt exist . Me being a woman that over look many things i let it passed ,so i continue to browse , i notice ever time i ask something about this or that , the other employee will continue to interrupt about other customers wants and there needs , which was rude to me . i finally said Thanks for your help literally ! even if i was a bride or not being there i thought i was suppose to get their undivided attention which was clear i did not receive ! i will not step foot in that store again ! things in there was/ is highly over priced from the gowns to the sashes which i found at another bridal shop for 19.99 when they was charging $40 dollars an huge difference . even though they did have some beautiful gowns and dress they were clearly over priced . I know you and your wedding party want to look fabulous but going into debt is not worth it there are more bridal shops with low prices and that are willing to give you excellent customer service !!!

I LOVE ELEGANT EXPRESSIONS! I could sit here and write all day about everything wonderful about this place. The staff, dress selection, pricing and how willing they are to work with you are just a few of the highlights for this store. I will forever and always recommend this store in the future to everyone!

Wonderful! This place definately deserves five stars. I came here years ago for my wedding dress. I tried on about five and found the perfect one about two dresses in. I was so pleased with my expereince I recently revisited the store with my nieces to get their prom dresses. Both girls fell IN LOVE with the perfect dress. They allowed us to put both dresses on layway and set us up with shoes and jewlery, one stop shop! the employees are wonderful and know how to make you fel special, like family. Needless to say we will be back in the fall for homecoming, then again for prom. Thank you Elegant Expressions!

Do not trust this place with an important order. The sales girls are not well-trained or informed. There seems to be little management ever present in the store. If there is a problem, the customer is treated as if they should have done something differently. Customer service is non-existent. It doesn't matter what happens ,the customer is never offered or given a refund. Any quality business would value the happiness of their customers and bank on the return of their business.. Not here.....will never set foot in this store again.......wouldn't even give a one star, but review wouldn't go thru' otherwise.....

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! NEVER EVER USE THEM!!! 2 WEEKS AFTER MY GROOMSMEN GOT FITTED FOR THEIR TUXES WE HAD TO CANCEL OUR WEDDING DUE TO ILLNESS AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE OUR GUYS BACK THEIR DEPOSIT! THEY HAD NO OBLIGATION, HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY OF THE ORDER NOTHING BUT BECAUSE OF "STORE POLICY" AKA GREED THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T DO REFUNDS. THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE HIGHLY OVERPRICED. THE ONLY REASON WE CHOSE THEM WAS BECAUSE THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES CLOSE WITH THE TYPE OF SUITS WE WANTED. I SHOULD HAVE CHANGED MY MIND ALL TOGETHER!! THUMBS DOWN!!!!

After 12 years 98 % of all the customers are very happy.We have a really great REPUTATION,thats why we are still in business.There is always two sides to every story unfortunately most people only here one side.We value every customer and we appreciate your business.Judge us for your self.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL. When I first called to get directions no one ever says to make an appt. just to look, They do not have a wide selection of wedding dresses. I ended up going somewhere else to buy mine and my Jr. Bride dress and the place I went to ended up going out of business, so since this place was so convient to my bridesmaids I figured i would give them one more shot. I called made an appt. and took my 2 of my bridesmaids up there the other two couldn't make it We ordered the dresses, and about a week later my other bridesmaid went up their to try on the dress and they had her try on the wrong dress when I called to check every dress they had placed the order for was wrong ones. When the dresses finally came in they only gave us a weeks notice to get the dresses out. Originally I had ordered extra fabric of coarse they forgot that so just to get it over with I didn't say anything. I will never go there again. They are rude and disrespectful especially to be rude to a group of people spending over $1,000.00 in there store.
