I have been going to Dr. Salles with my babies for over 30 yrs. First our beloved Nicky. Dr. Salles meet us in the middle of the night and did everything he could trying to save Him, after a horrid neighbors son shot him with a bee-bee gun. Then our faithful yellow lab, “Kasey” we got as a puppy. Dr. Salles took good care of him for 12 years. And now my heart, Biscuit. Dr. Salles and his staff, Tracy, are wonderful, kind, and loving too him and helped raise him as a puppy, the first year of his life. They always fit us in, and dote over him. I couldn’t ask for a better Vet.

I highly recommend Dr. Gerard Salles and Terry Parkway Animal Clinic. When I moved to the Westbank 20 years ago a neighbor recommended Dr. Salles and I have been bringing my pets to him ever since! Dr. Salles is extremely knowledgeable, has the latest technology at his clinic and he and his staff provide the best medical care in the Metro area for my dogs and cats. He always takes the time to explain things and answers any questions I may have. He and his staff care about their clients and their patients and it shows in their work. I know I am getting the absolute very best for my pets when I see Dr. Salles at Terry Parkway Animal Clinic.

I have been with Dr. Salles since 2005. He has taken care of my animals from simple things like getting their shots to having surgery. On two different occasions, Dr. Salles actually brought my pets home with him so he could keep a close watch on them due to the fact that they were very ill. (One got into rat poison and was barely hanging on. But Dr. Salles with his expertise got my pup through this horrible mess) Anytime I call, his staff is very professional and eager to help. Dr. Salles is very understanding and spends the time with you and your pet answering any questions or concerns you may have. I love my pets like my kids and only give them the best!!! I would recommend Dr. Salles in a heartbeat!

I can't say enough GREAT things about Dr. Salles and his staff! We have been through thick and thin with our fur babies and thank God Dr. Salles has been there through all of it. He was there on Easter Sunday when our Cocker Spaniel was a puppy and got into ants and his throat was about to close and was there to diagnose our three month old Yorkie with liver shunt disease, which saved his life with his quick diagnosis of this awful disease! What a wonderful man! He always has a caring staff and Traci and Krista make this office a perfect package! Thanks so much!

He is a very cold and unfeeling person. I have known him for a very long time and thought he would've known how much I care for my pets. I might have gotten a bit over zealous, but to me they are my children. So when ever I called with a concern, he basically brushed me off as being bothersome. I don't know why I stayed with him so long. Maybe it was because he know my pets. But at the behest of my husband, I finally went to another vet.; one who is more compassionate.
